no such luck. The dolphin emulator requires an x86 computer (Intel or AMD),
and BBB and similar micro controllers use ARM rather than x86.
You can of course get small low-cost x86 computers, but not as small
and low cost as ARM computers.
Dolphin now supports both x86 and ARM. ARM Android builds of Dolphin can be downloaded from the official website.
The later versions are going 64 bit which leaves 32 bit doubtful. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dolphin_(emulator)#Port_to_Android_and_4.0_release for details. On download page no Linux given.

The x86 builds support x86-64 and the ARM builds support AArch64. Ubuntu 15.04 and Android 5.0 builds are available here: https://dolphin-emu.org/download/
