Hello guys...i am a student and am new to VHDL..please..how do i start...which programmer should i got for...what are the necessary things which is needed for one to be an expert in embedded system...thanks

Where to start .......

You question is a bit too open to answer sensibly ----

What course are you studying, what kind of thing do you want to do in VHDL, why did you pick VHDL ?

Have you any experience of logic or digital hardware design ?

If we can narrow things down a bit it should be possible to give you some suggestions.
