Does this part come with a longer ribbon cable? Or how can I extend the ribbon cable with any accessories?

The Raspberry Pi Camera can use a ribbon cable up to a max of 300mm. You can purchase longer cables rather than extended them

Hi David, there are sellers on eBay (I am one of them) that stock longer cables, see here for example: Camera (CSI/DSI) Flat Ribbon Cable for the Raspberry Pi - Lengths: 10cm to 100cm | eBay - I'm not sure of your location, check their prices (as they vary from seller to seller) and message the seller if they do not currently offer shipping to your country.
