In PCB etching process, we used a chemical named as Ferric Chloride to remove the copper layer of the PCB and as a result of cleaning up process not being done well, the tank used for this purpose eventually became deposited by stains, or in other word, Copper Chloride, due to the reaction of Ferric Chloride and Copper layer. I recently bought a product name Cleaner for Ferric Chloride, product code is 1783553, and i have read the data sheet about it. However, i am not sure about the correct method to used this product. Do i have to dilute it with water first before using it, or it is a solution that we soak the tank with large amount of this chemical liquid for a certain duration ? I really appreciate for your reply and sorry for my bad command of English.
