raspberry pi installing youtube

Dear experts

 

I am having trouble displaying and playing you tube videos on my raspberry pi. I have installed gnash and browser plugin gnash successfully but the problem i am having is when i go to Midori or Netsurf the youtube video is not showing any video but does display the video picture.

 

any ideas on what i should do?
