If you provide a little more information relating to what you are trying to do with your keyboard and analog stick I may be able to assist you further.
If you are simply asking if you could use an analog stick so emulate keystrokes of a keyboard, such as up on the analog emulating up on the up arrow key, then yes you can.
This would require a little bit of soldering work, but it is fairly simple and straight forward.
Might I also make a small suggestion, something to maybe look at in the future. I built a custom Mame Cabinet using a Raspberry Pi and eliminated the keyboard all together using a Xin Mo 2 Player USB Kit. I picked it up on ebay for $60 and it was a full 2 player kit. Here is a link if you would like to check it out.
Essentially its a full arcade joystick/ button setup that you can connect via USB.
I want use the analogic stick to emulate the keystrokes of the keyboard. I don't wanna use Raspberry Pi because is so expensive and I will need import and wait 60 days of shipping. Can you help me please?.
You can use the ACD on board an arduino to read the two pots of the joystick but the difficulty would be to get the arduino to act as a keyboard to the computer
like this only interpreting the analog instead of buttons http://hackaday.com/2012/06/29/turning-an-arduino-into-a-usb-keyboard/
just google https://www.google.ca/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8#q=arduino%20keyboard%20emulator%20uno for more
It is unfortunate that the Raspberry Pi is expensive for you, as there are so many different things you can do with it its almost unreal.
But yes, it is possible to emulate the keystrokes of a computer using analog.
I will admit though, there are other more simple options as well.
How I can do It?
I provided a how to above, you cant expect us to do it all for you.
What part of the solution do you not understand

Peter
