TI LDOs min output current

Can TI LDOs TPS7A3301RWG and TPS7A4700RGW be used to generate +/-2.5V with load currents of only 10ma typical? Is there a minimum load required for these LDOa? Is there any other issue with using these for 10ma output currents. Can you suggest a low noise LDOs for +2.5V and -2.5V at 20ma max?]
