Hi, I'm finding in some Eagle (6.5) LBR's that sometimes there is no schematic symbol but there is a footprint/IC pad. Some times there is no footprint, but there is a schematic symbol. There is sometimes however a similar LBR that will have the needed schematic symbol (or footprint).
Is it possible to import, or cut and paste, a symbol or footprint from one LBR into another LBR?
If it can be done, what are the detailed steps (please and thank you)? -Marty
