ATSAM3S1AB-AU Supply Voltage

This is listed on this page http://uk.farnell.com/atmel/atsam3s1ab-au/mcu-32bit-cortex-m3-64mhz-qfp/dp/2321637 as max.1.95V yet under section 5.3 of the datasheet it appears to suggest that a single voltage of 3.3 (max 3.6) is suitable - can someone clarify this for me please
