Hi Paul, From the looks of things I would say yes but here is how you can test without damaging the supply. With the power supply turned off verify that the two channels do not share a common negative by testing with an ohm meter. Then with the power supplies turned on test for voltage between the positive and negative terminals of the adjacent channels. You may want to put a small parallel load across the volt meter probes, say 1K to eliminate capacitive effects. The purpose of having a dual supply should dictate that you can daisy chain them or parallel them with out a problem. The daisy chain would also allow you to produce a positive and negative supply off of a center 0 volts which is important for many applications.
