    CB1a-P-12V   ACB 33102  71226M  2616, the same header and 80325M  2517

    It's a 4 pin automotive relay of Panasonic/NAIS. Model ACB33102 CB1a-P-12V

Here's an image of the 24 V version (does not work for you. You need to find the 12 V version, maybe this one from Farnell - check availability?):

This datasheet of the CB family has a translation from codes to parameters: https://www.farnell.com/datasheets/1972629.pdf

    Your first one: CB1a-P-12V

    1a: FORM A

    P: PC Board type

    12V: Coil voltage (DC) 12 V

Standard type, No diode or resistor, normal heat, no high current or contact capacity, sealed

    2616, 2517

My guess that the first one is made week 26, 2016 and the second one week 25, 2017.
