I could not find the manufacturer of this particular IGBT, all I have is a code written on the IGBT module but I could not find any search results for this item. Can anyone help me in finding this manufacturer or else can anyone understand the specification of the IGBT module from the code written on? Have a look at the image. Thank you!
SML is SEMELAB.

And the Mitsubishis (and some Fujis) have the extra pins to the right. Maybe look at their offerings?
