Identifying a component

vanshkothari
vanshkothari over 3 years ago

Hi everyone,

The makers space was throwing away some old and unused electronic components and I noticed a weird looking one. I looked up the part number but didn't find anything sensible. Does anyone have an idea of what it is or what it does?

Thanks!

Vansh

My guess is that its a crystal or crystal oscillator.

It has four active pins and the rest are connected to the case.

Try measuring resistances and capacitances between pins.
