My SP605 Evaluation Board is not working anymore. When turning it on the FMC Power Good LED DS 1 does not turn on, also the DDR3 1.5V Power On DS15 does not turn on. also INIT DS17 and DONE DS2 LEDs never turn on.
When trying to flash the Board vie the USB JTAG, no connection is detected. I was working with a self-designed ICB, including an ADC which should communicate with the FPGA. The board was plugged onto the FMC connector J2 on the SP605. Also the 2.5 V VADJ on the FMC are no longer there.
