I've written to support@bitscope.com a couple of times but have never received any response. My BS44501 works fine with the BitScope DSO software, but I can't make BitScope Logic work. I don't know if the 'scope firmware is out of date (although Logic doesn't complain) or Logic doesn't support the BS44501 (again, no complaints from the software), or if I don't have the correct version of the BitScope Logic User Guide.
How does one get support for these products? How does one get a response from BitScope Technical Support? What sort of Technical Support can element14 provide for these products?
