Driver for KW H3L531.TE (headlight scooter 12.4 - 9.8v)

Hi! Tell me please which one is better to buy a driver for LEDs, for the good job of the OSRAM KW H3L531.TE LED (I have two, for low beam and high beam).
I chose this - RCD-24-0.70, but I think I could be wrong. I need two drivers, one for low beam, one for high beam
