I'm looking for an AC-DC converter from 220V to adjustable value from 5 to 9V. Can someone suggest one?

Many, many power supplies fit this description. It would be useful to know your size constraints, budget constraints, how often the adjustment needs to be made, how continuous the adjustment needs to be, how much power/current is needed, how good the regulation needs to be, if you are willing to solve it with multiple modules, etc.
