I want to download 3D model from Farnell, but when i downtload something it just doesnt work.

You're searching in the wrong place I think. Farnell doesn't have 3D models on their website. Ordinarily the manufacturer does, not the distributor.

Farnell offers 3D models of parts via traceparts.com

I see.. I guess it's just a selection of parts (the part below has a 3D model, but on the manufacturer site).
Interesting site. That looks useful, it contains a _lot_ of formats.
basicaly i want 3d models for parts im using in my DPS created in EAGLE/fusion 360
Use the STEP format.
or Fusion360 PCB
Personally, I would start building up your library of STEP files for when you move away from Eagle/Fusion 360. Almost everything supports STEP.
I use the step format, but
now I don't know how to assign the 3D package to the device
I searched Google with fusion 360 step file for eagle and a BUNCH of results came back.
