TENMA 72-2720 windows 11 USB driver

Is there a Windows 11 driver for the TENMA 72-2720 power supply?

The driver currently provided by Farnell/Element14 cannot be used.

I bought this power supply some time ago, but now when I needed to use the USB control I found that Windows can neither identify the device, nor use the drivers provided.
