Are you looking for a sensor that indicates the status of the pump?
What is the flow rate?
How big is the pipe?
How do you want the sensor to indicate status? Digital output, analog display, digital display, relay, etc)
That is what a flow sensor does.... as long as there is a check valve In the piping to prevent reverse flow from suction or gravity during stop condition
