I'm following manual start guild but I don't boost this board.

How to boost ? I have question about SD card.

In 2. , What pre-programmed microSD card ? I format microSD card as FAT32. Please send program install in microSD card.

You can search for "microSD Card Image Archive" on that page. You may need to examine the documents in case the image needs a special tool to write to microSD or not (i.e. don't assume it is copy-paste) - I don't know.
