I have a question, I want to share a USB device over network, how to do it?

I would be grateful for step by step instructions!

You won't find a solution to share any generic USB device over the network. You can share or proxy higher level functions the device provides - like audio, printing, video feed. What is the USB device exactly you wanted to share?
