I am looking to order CNS471B5 and see that there are also CNS471B5-0102 available. Can you please let me know what the 0102 suffix refers to please.

it seems to be old marking system - datasheet states something like this:

"Historical Part Number Example: CNS 471 A 6 e2"

quick search didn't revealed any datasheets old enough, but maybe asking manufacturer's tech support could get required information?

The last 2 numbers indicate tolerance and number of decades.
