DMM2010 Scanner Card Wiring

Hi, I have a Keithley 2010 multimeter and a 2000-Scan card. I would like to continuously monitor resistance using 4-wire resistance method on 5 channels - C1, C2, C3, C4 and S1 (as shown below in the figure). I used a Keysight datalogger previously to monitor resistance using a 2-wire resistance method. In the 34922A multiplexer, I used to wire from C1, C2, C3, C4 and S1 (on PCB) to the HI-input terminals (on 34922A) while I connected the ground terminal (on the PCB) to COM1 HI on 34922A.

I'm thinking I would have to connect channel HI-input terminals on channels 1 and 6 (on scan card) to C1 (on PCB) and LO-input terminal on channels 1 and 6 to common ground (on PCB). Similarly, Ch. 2 and 7 (on scan card) to C2 (on PCB) and LO-input on these channels to common ground (on PCB)..ending with HI-input terminals on Ch. 5 and 10 (on scan card) to S1 and LO-input terminals on Ch. 5 and 10 to common ground (on PCB). Please clarify.

Isn't this in the user manual? If it supports 4-wire measurement (which I would be surprised if it didn't!) then it will describe the connections specifically for that mode. What bit of it are you having problems with? Or what bit do you think you are doing differently that isn't in the manual?

The manual contains wiring info for individual resistors. It says to connect one end of resistor to HI-input terminals on channel 1 and 6 of the scan card and the other end of the resistor to LO-input terminals of channel 1 and 6. Whereas, my PCB has a common ground so I'm just looking for some clarification.

I think you are correct in your interpretation of the way it should be connected.

Every 4 wire channel needs 4 connections which it gets from 2 standard channels. Even if you get it wrong it won't hurt anything (as long as no power sources on your board !) - just won't work.
