There is negative feedback in this configuration and a sine wave frequency is provided at both inputs of op-amp. And in the output we have got this. Please clarify.

It is a simple pseudo-differential amplifier with a 2.5V offset on the non-inverting input. I can only see the values of one instance - which has a gain of 0.00536. This implies a pretty high input voltage, so be careful.
The 2 resistors that form the 2.5 v divider have an equivalent impedance to the feedback resistor.
