    Hi,

Are you looking for a direct replacement? That's not very likely to be available from another manufacturer, unless you get lucky and if it's a popular part with second-sources.

Or, are you looking for a part that can perform a similar role, but in a different package with different pinout? If that's the case, then it's worth checking out (amongst other manufacturers) Toshiba and ST, they have a selection of parts. You can check them to see if they meet your desired spec. It's unlikely any will be a direct drop-in replacement if that's what you want. There's also Infineon, TI, etc., but if it were me, probably first port of call would be Toshiba, for reasonably-priced parts, with availability. Many will be in different packages.

If you're looking for an identical package then there's Toshiba TB67H450FNG, but it's a different pinout. Plus, although it can support 3A/12V, it will run hotter and may require a heatsink. If you don't actually need 3A capability, or it is intermittent, then you may be OK without a heatsink. If you really need 3A, or higher, then there's lots of options but in larger, or in smaller packages (depends on if you're comfortable with small QFN packages, or if you'd prefer a larger package).

But, again, if you're looking for a fully drop-in replacement (e.g. for a repair) then it's unlikely such a thing exists from any other manufacturer.

Thanks for your reply. I have looked at the data sheet. because so many wires need to be moved it might be easier just to glue a bigger device on the board and run wires to it. did you have something in mind.
