Hello i have just replaced dead parts in this inverter and it died straight away
this is 2004 model, used commercially. so to change it needs a pile of paper work.
I think it died the first time because corroded track to mps2222
the inverter transformer is ok. dc input of 48v
i have no circuit but have replaced the following
UC3637 ( did replace don't no if dead )
which drives mps2907a and mps2222a (2 PAIRS) (1 died so replaced all )
i could not get mps2222 so fitted bc337
that drives 470ohm resisters all dead
IRFB42n20d which i used IRFB4227
my Question is did i use the wrong fets
