Hello

Has anyone fixed one of these

I have a dead vsd with surface mount transisters I have not found

JTW (51) "sot143" in brackets numbers are on there side

I think I found these

Y6 (e) "sot23" bzx64c18 ?

3BW (59) "SOT23" BC856

A7W(59) "SOT23" BAV99 ?

H5(C) "SOD123" MMSZ5245

I have tried

s-manuals.com

Other dead parts I have found

OPTO HCPL-3120

IGBT FP40R12KE3G

And 3 dead resisters R373, R374, R482, about 19 x 7mm in series

I expect under 250 ohms

used as soft start to charge caps 1500uf /800v

Does anyone know this value

Hi,

Your description is a little confusing. What are the dead parts you are looking for? Only JTW (51) "sot143" ?? Looks like these are double diodes.

I really appreciate your time and effort for repairing this device. But does it worth it?
I can see that It's been severely damaged. Anyways kudos to your effort.

From the first pic:

330 - 33 Ohms - I think they are 1206 package
470 - 47 Ohms - 1206

1000 - 100 Ohms
3300 - 330Ohms
6800 - 680Ohms
1001 - 1KOhms

Can you de-solder them from the board ( without damaging the color code?) Then we should be able to figure out what value it is.

nothing left of the out side, the body is expanded -cracked into segments

They are connected in parallel to the relay. This is to limit the current when the relay powers on (Inrush current). You can try with 10K 5W resistor.
Output is 230 Volts I guess?

these 3 resisters are in series, these are the soft start, before the relay shorts them out, this is 3 ph so caps will have 588v on them when charged, aprox dimension 19 x 7 mm as said in 1st message.

by measuring parts of what is left

i expect each is under 100 ohms

and by asking this group, some one mite know
