    Looks to me that after the acquisition of Cypress by Infineon, the Cypress links redirect to Infineon's page, and they don't seem to have a direct download to that package, just the user guide. Apparently the full setup package was a respectable 600MB or thereabouts, from what I see in archived results from the web, but the package itself is nowhere to be found.

    Maybe you should try contacting Infineon to see if they can provide you with the software, examples, etc.
