I have an old LCD Samsung PC display, which i had swap the power supply in the past.
In my home country, Argentina, there is a sprayable cleaning foam wich uses to be used to clean electronic devices from the outside.
However, it did leak into the LCD glass and it seems to cause spots and some artifacts in the screen, after testing the foam with a multimeter, i had learnt it's conductive.
I do have idea of taking the display apart, then taking the lcd panel apart and wash every part with deionized water. However, i never tried this procedure, in consequence i would like to ask if attemping this practice would help me save this display or if i may fully destroy it beyond repair.
Should this be safe to do i would like to have all the advise you could give me about it.
