Hi All

Looking for recommendations on a low power LoRaWAN MCU ie radio and processor in a single package.

Cost is of course an issue. I really need sub 5 USD.

My bad, it does LPWAN. STM32WLE4C8U6TR is the cheapest LoRaWAN, still under $4. As michaelkellett mentions U6 and U7 is temp. range.

Internally, they contain a ASR6601 wireless microcontroller, which has a STAR-MC1 processor, which is closely like an ARM Cortex-M, but is a Chinese variant. Toolchain is available for Linux, with plenty of examples.

If size doesn't matter STM32WL33CCV6 VFQFPN 6X6X0.9 48L PITCH 0.4 is the cheapest.

STM32WL55CC (U6)

STM32WL55CC (U7)

Not sure the difference between U6 and U7 ?
