Identify SMD LED

Hello 

can someone help with led

this is mounted onto a aluminium heat sink so hard to get off 

size 3535 white 

normal has 2.9v @250ma across it

this does not  have + in the corner like CREE XT-E 

looking at attached photo at underside of dead one 

showing 3 solder strips (middle one has a triangle)

where lumileds HL2X has a circle

this is in a network light fitting   made by INGE   PLT210
