Please could someone help me with the detail circuit design for electrophoresis machine?

    You will need to provide a lot more information about what you want to do.

    There are many different types of machine, many different applications. 

    Why do you want to design your own ?

    Will you make one or many ?

    How much can you spend ?

    Do you have any test gear or production equipment of your own ?

    Do you know anything about electronics and circuit design ?

    And so on.
