What is it - I looked and only found this: X3C30F1-20S As far as I can see neither Farnell not Avnet sell it. Have you asked the manufacturer of the part ? MK

I can see that one but when I used the Avnet search on

X3C30F1-20S

it didn't find anything.

Can't think why, it works now !

Probably on Avnet 'Americas' and not Avnet 'Apac'.

It was a mistake from my side when I copied and pasted the part number. The correct part number I am interested is: AES-Z7PZ-7Z020-SOM-G/REV-E

Hello Fabricio, that makes more sense - I think you'll need to talk to an Avnet FAE to get that kind of info - but we'll see if any one from Avnet pops up here.

Although in my experience when you need reliability info you need it from a verifiable source and in writing or equivalent.
