Reliability data for TDK's thermistors

Hi everyone,

I was told from TDK's response to my ticket to submit my concern here. We are qualifying alternatives for a thermistor used in our products and we have great options from TDK but we need the reliability data such as MTBT, FIT, etc. to fully validate them as options. I have these options:

I don't work for TDK, I don't know the answer, but Google revealed this PDF doc:

You can see they just use a generic value of 5 failures per billion hours if you search for the word "thermistor". I'm no reliability expert, so please don't take my word for it, but maybe if you run the numbers with that, and then see what happens if you make a change to that value (say double or halve it), it may well be "in the noise" compared to the reliability of the other components in that path of the system. But TDK should for sure be able to advise better, perhaps at that TDK Forum link if they don't reply in this space.
