Elcon hk-mf-108-32 charger

Is it ok to buy a used elcon hk-mf-108-32, I need it to charge 26s lithium ion pack with ant bms with canbus, I know nothing about  canbus but willing to learn, I have been looking at arduino and raspberry pi hat projects videos  , if I buy it can I find a workaround to program it,  Any advice welcome
