Marvell PHY 88x3220, FW download

I am trying to bring up the PHY 88X3220, here are my questions:

(1) the FW has to be download in order to bring up the link?

(2) Where I can get the FW? is the FW version in the MTD_API_Relase_4_2_0 is valid for 88x3220?
