Are the electromagnetic fields and waves generated by a large 29" CRT TV (turn ON) and Desk Fan (turn ON) at a distance of 2cm from a 2.5" HDD (turn ON) sufficient to penetrate the HDD and cause interference in the arm and head movements, as well as read and write errors? i has old 2010 and new hdds 2.5"

    While looking for the magnetic protection details of 2.5" HDDs (to give an informed answer to this problem) I found similar posts (same parameters; 2.5" HDD, 2-3cm from a 29" CRT) several times in a handful of other forums and online communities. All those topics from last year, but months apart and with small variations to the question. Some by different usernames but at least one of them by a user with the same name (cloudff7).

    So instead of answering the question I'd like to note that this person has already received all kind of responses to this question, from technical to personal experience, so, without labeling this as bot behavior just yet, I'd like to ask you,  , what kind of details are you after, that have not been answered already in the past other many times you've asked this? That would give us a better chance of finally giving you the info you are looking for.
