I want to build submerged arc furnace with deionized water. I would like to know how to build it. There is no plan available on google.

Some of the problem with deionized water is. Once it is opened it quickly absorbs Co2 from air. I would like to know how much will it affect the experiment setup. I am trying to extract graphene and carbon nanotube from this experiment.
