Perseverance is set to land in the Martian Jezero Crater today (Feb 18). Expected around 3:55 pm EST.

 

SUCCESS! It landed with no issues at all! The streams below will let you watch the landing as mission control saw it.

First pictures are out. Later today, possibly, live video of the whole landing process!

 

 

This is the rover that is set to deploy the Mars Helicopter. Although they want it to do at least one flight, I really hope to see more.

Everything starts at 2:15 pm EST… so hop on and wait for the nightmarish 7 minutes it take for the rover to land. It will be something to see.

    Cannot wait for the video of the landing to become available. All this shows that we just need more mobile robots.
