That sounds like a fairly slim chance, to find someone working with optical coating, _and_ interested in FPGAs, and happens to be reading this forum.
You don't need to wait for people. You can simply ask your question. Obviously, provide as much detail as possible, and make your question as clear and as specific as possible, to increase the chance that someone can answer your question perhaps even if they don't happen to be working with optical coating. If your question is vague/undetailed (like it is now) then answers will be vague, and that won't help you.
