115V 400Hz Detect

I have a project that I need some help on. I need to sence 115V AC 400Hz has been turned on/off. I need that when the 115V is active on, it will light an LED (28vdc seperate supply). The LED must stay on the entire time the 115V is present. I have 3 Phases to monitor ( on or off). Anyone have any ideas to do this? I need to use and little power from the 115V as this is also monitored to see what the unit under test is utilizing (current <5ma).

A simple solution would be a LED with about a 8K ohm 2watt resistor should do the trick. Connect it DIrectly to the 115v supply and ground if it's a common ground, or you can go between the Hot and neutral if you want.
