Great quote from last night's Adafruit Ask-An-Engineer at 39m25s:

"People are voting with their wallets. The Open Source printers [the LulzBot TAZ], because of our community, are outselling when we used to stock MakerBot"

Adafruit had 10 in stock on Saturday when I purchased a Lulzbot TAZ 4.  They now have 4 in stock.  $13,000+ (6 x $2,200) in less than a week ain't bad!

cheers,

drew
