Good advice Paul. You could also buy it this weekend as I have scheduled a discount campaign on amazon. First few days you can buy it at really low price. As this a catch 22 situation for reviewers (who might think like Paul), I have set up this campaign so that many can buy and provide valuable inputs.

Thanks for your feedback Clem. I have tried to introduce basic technical matter in chapter 7 and 9 (which are not available through preview option), however will see how I can add more technical information in other chapters as well.
