There are also some other organisations of this is the first initiative ? I have not yet heard nothing about this.

This certification process in development by OSHWA is the only current effort that I'm aware.

I think that really depends on how the discussion goes in the online forum:

The current timeline is:
June 2, 2015: Public release of proposal v1
June 26, 2015: Comment deadline on proposal v1
July 14, 2015: Public release of proposal v2 (if necessary)
August 7, 2015: Comment deadline on proposal v2 (if necessary)
September 19, 2015 - Open Hardware Summit 2015: Release of Open Source Hardware Certification v1
