Ring sized wireless power reciever

I am still fairly new to all this kind of work compared to many of you out there. Though I have a fairly simple goal that I hope to expand upon later on.

But I am hoping that some of you on here would be able to help me with this;

     My goal is to make a version of the Blue lantern ring from the Green Lantern expanded universe, building the mold its self is simple and making the majority of the

     interior component circuitry is not as complex as it could be except for one component. I wish to put a rechargeable battery inside the ring on the bottom and include a

     power receiver for power to be transmitted to the device when charging the battery is a 24,5mm rechargeable CR2450 outputting 3.6v at 110mAh. I wish to power somewhere between 1 and three      0603 smd blue LED's that take 3v at 20mA. The goal is to make the transmitter inside the Lantern its self (in the show they touch the ring to it to charge it) but my goal is being able to put it      inside and have it charge without contact. and yet still have the receiver small enough to fit on my finger within the ring its self and yet still produce enough voltage and current to charge the      battery, the transmitter circuit can be much larger than the receiver as the lantern its self is not that small there is a little give and take for the ring size as well. not a huge amount but a little bit      still. The main goal is to make it so that I dont have to keep changing the battery and giving a purpose for the lantern its self!

 

     I do a lot of volunteer work through Scouts Canada in their medical program.We (as highschool students and above) provide medical services at events around our community, for youth in the      program and public events around our province  Majority of it is dealing with children and they seem to like our other stuff IE; batman logo on some of our stuff, reflective strips on objects and      such. The odd superhero comics we have around it just helps them understand we are there to help. I would really appreciate it if someone here could help me design a circuit for it so that it      would be practical and yet still functional. I would really appreciate the help and I know the kids would love to see something like that at our next event!

    Anyone know about doing something like a micro crystal radio and pulling the power from a radio station for example? I dont know if this can even be done on a 24.5mm round board but it is a thought. Any input from anyone on here?
