NEED HELP for Raspberry Pi B+ Model

Hello!

I am a student from Malaysia and I require urgent tips and help for raspberry pi.

I am going to make a Pi Computer for my project. What do I do after I have installed the Raspbian Wheezy? How do i flash my sd card with the Raspbian Wheezy?

Sorry but Im a beginner.
