Playing the original Nintendo Entertainment System was cool back in the day but modding the console is even better, especially if you turn it into a guitar. A person who goes by the name of ‘Circuitmaster’ has modded an NES system into a real guitar and sells them for around $150 off of his website found here: http://www.getlofi.com/?page_id=3715. While you can’t play any games on it, you can rock out with some Mario Bros. music. CircuitMaster notes that the guitar is a, “Custom 6 String Electric Guitar with an NES body. Features a standard neck with a hard-tail bridge. Single coil pickup with volume control and an output jack.” (Note: Each guitar will be slightly different with constant improvements to the design) Not to bad considering. It would be nice if this did actually still play games but you can’t have your cake and eat it too.
