Mission Impossible was always a favorite TV show of mine. It was a fast paced thriller for its time (in black and white, I believe) and everyone on the IM Force did their job flawlessly, especially the gadget/electronics guy.
I also liked the opening when the voice on the old fashioned tape recorder said:
"Your mission Mr Phelps, should you decide to accept it...
....As always, should you or any of your IM Force be caught or killed, the Secretary will disavow any knowledge of your actions. This tape will self-destruct in five seconds. Good luck."
Why in the world would I reminisce about an old 1960s TV show on the element14 community? Hmm, I have sort of an impossible mission for members of the community....should the Members decide to accept it.
Your Mission: Take My Polymer Capacitor Quiz and Pass it!
I have been talking a lot about capacitors lately, starting discussions about MLCCs and other topics in our Passive Components group. But polymer capacitors are now being used all over the industry and I wanted to draw attention to them, plus provide some educational fun in the process.
So I got this idea:
Our members love Essentials quizzes. And I get the sense that plenty of them take it to without reading the training.
So, why not offer a quiz without the learning module to see what everyone knows! If you can pass it, I think I can come up with some kind of swag prize to give the 100%ers.
So, here goes: start the recorder:
