Help identifying and procuring replacement cap.

Hi guys, struggling to find a replacement cap and was hoping someone could point me in the right direction. Capacitor is from Samsung monitor but ive never had to replace one like this one.

If you have any doubts take some measurements and check out the data sheet. http://www.farnell.com/datasheets/1754672.pdf If you have room you could probably move it a bit too and extend the leads. I doubt…

Thank you John, so as long as they fit and are 5.5v / 0.1f they should work fine?

For example this one should fit ok
